Admission Procedure For Under Graduate Media Programme

 

 

Under Graduate (after 10 + 2) courses admission process will start from May 2012 first week, and will be notified to the candidates separately.

 

ELIGIBILITY

The minimum eligibility is 10+2 for admission to the Autonomous Under -Graduate Programme in Communication & Media. Candidates appearing for Class Twelve examinations can also apply. 

 

THE SELECTION PROCESS

For UG courses, the written tests shall be conducted on April 28, 2012. The cities for the written tests is as under:

All Under Graduate Courses in all the three campuses of ISB&M School of Communication shall start in the first half of June 2012, specific dates being notified to the selected and admitted students later.



PROCEDURE FOR APPLYING ONLINE:

 

Online Registration Procedure
The applicant has to fill in his/her personal information, give the payment particulars of Demand Draft number and its bank details and submit the form online. The applicant will proceed to take the printout of ISB&M Application Form, fill in all necessary details, paste his/her recent photograph and sign across the photograph. The applicant has to enclose the Draft of Rs.300/- in favour of ‘ISB&M School of Communication. ’ payable at Pune and send it along with the Application Form by courier / registered post / speed post to any of the campuses. Cheques will not be accepted. Once the Admissions Office receives the DD, the prospectus will be sent to the applicant by courier / post.

 

Application Kit may be obtained by paying cash Rs.300/- at any of ISB&M campuses counter and selected retailers and coaching institutes.

The application form and Prospectus will be issued only in the name of the applicant who wishes to apply. The form is non-transferable.

Other Expenses:

·         Caution Money of Rs. 10,000 at the time of admission (Refundable).

·         All government taxes, such as service tax if applicable, from time to time, are to be paid by students to process the Bank

Loan from Bank of their choice.

Refund of University Fee is not possible and is subject to the rules, regulations and decision of the University.

All Fees are to be paid by Demand Draft only, in favor of “ISB&M School of Communication” payable at Pune.  No payment made by Cheques will be accepted.

Payment of fees within the special dates as mention in the prospectus is mandatory. In the event of delayed or non payment
of fee, the institute reserves the right to impose fines for late payment and not to forward the examination fee on behalf of the defaulting students to the University or not to handover the admit card to the student.

Rules for Cancellation of Admission

·         On cancellation of admission within two weeks after commencement of the course Rs. 11,000/- will be deducted and the balance will be refunded. In any circumstances, no refund of fees will be made after two weeks.

·         Parents and students should note that any complaint grievances should be bought to the notice of the President or Director.

·         ISB&M management reserves the right to make appropriate changes.
